Job purpose

IMAGE Skincare is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Creative team at our corporate headquarters in Lantana, Florida. This role is responsible for developing and executing compelling visual assets that support brand marketing initiatives across print, packaging, digital, social media, education, events, merchandising, and sales channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with Marketing, Sales, Education, Product Development, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, educational materials, sales tools, and point-of-sale materials.
• Create digital assets for email marketing, website promotions, paid media campaigns, social media platforms, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Design product launch materials, campaign creative, event graphics, and promotional materials.
• Support packaging updates, label revisions, and production artwork as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing channels.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, vendors, and external partners.
• Assist with photo shoot preparation, asset management, image selection, and retouching when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and digital asset libraries.
• Stay current on design trends, beauty industry trends, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and production processes.
• Experience preparing files for print production and digital deployment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Figma, After Effects, or video editing software is a plus.

Working conditions

• This is a full-time, onsite position based at IMAGE Skincare's corporate headquarters in Lantana, Florida.
• Regular schedule is Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative office environment.
• Occasional flexibility may be required to support company events, product launches, photoshoots, or business needs.
• Frequent interaction with cross-functional departments and external vendors.
• Occasional travel may be required for photoshoots, trade shows, meetings, or special events.

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to view detailed visual content and review proofs accurately.
• Ability to lift and carry marketing materials, displays, and boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally assist with event setup and product merchandising displays.
