This position assists the Administrator in overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff at a 151 bed Veterans Home located in The Dalles Oregon in the beautiful Columbia Gorge. This facility is a Medicare/Medicaid/VA Accredited licensed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and the first Malcom Baldrige Gold award winning Veterans home in the country (2014).
