The Role

We are hiring Account Managers to own the full customer journey, from onboarding through long-term growth, within our customer base.  

At DaVinci Solutions, a significant portion of our growth comes from helping customers get set up for success early and then expand their usage over time. This role sits at the center of that motion, guiding customers from their first day on the platform through renewal and expansion conversations.  

This is not a traditional support role. It is a customer-facing growth position designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities, while helping customers succeed at every stage. The right candidate will operate as both a trusted advisor to customers and a strategic partner internally.

This role is ideal for someone with sales instincts who also takes pride in a well-run onboarding experience, and who wants to play a meaningful role in customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the DaVinci Solutions platform
• Own the onboarding experience for new customers, guiding them from contract signed to fully operational
• Deliver structured training sessions, workshops, and webinars that drive product adoption and customer confidence 
• Manage and continuously improve the customer-facing resource library, including training guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation
• Build strong relationships with operators, ownership groups, and key decision makers
• Identify opportunities for expansion through additional locks, facilities, software tiers, and product adoption
• Partner with customers to drive long-term value realization beyond initial onboarding
• Support renewal conversations and ensure customers remain aligned with our evolving platform and pricing structure
• Act as a strategic resource to customers, helping them understand best practices for operating with DaVinci Solutions
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure customer feedback informs future development
• Maintain accurate account activity, onboarding milestones, expansion opportunities, and customer insights within the CRM
• Contribute to the evolution of our customer growth and onboarding playbook as the company scales 

Who You Are  

This role requires someone who enjoys working with customers at every stage of their journey, thinks commercially, and helps organizations grow. You are comfortable owning relationships, identifying opportunities, and operating with a high degree of autonomy. If you need to be micromanaged, this is not the place for you.

You Likely Bring

• Experience in account management, customer success, onboarding, sales, or a similar customer-facing role 
• Strong relationship building, communication, and facilitation skills, with comfort leading live training sessions and webinars A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts
• Comfort balancing hands-on customer support (onboarding, training) with revenue ownership (expansion, renewals) 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through across accounts at different lifecycle stages
• A track record of hitting or exceeding targets, with the drive to consistently perform at a high level, not just occasionally
• A desire to learn the product deeply and represent the company with credibility
• A customer-first mindset with a bias toward solving problems

Compensation & Growth  

• Includes a base salary of $70k-$80k dependent on experience 
• Includes a performance bonus of up to 30% annually, paid quarterly and reserved for top performers who consistently meet sales and account health targets
