About Michael Mangan,
President of Endurance Flooring
Michael has been interested in commercial flooring since a young age when his father, Bill, owned and operated a commercial wood flooring firm for most of his life. Carrying this family tradition, Michael established Endurance Flooring with a specific focus on improving the quality of athletic flooring in his region.
While originally entering the flooring industry as a salesperson for his father’s business, he decided to start Endurance Flooring in 2014 to focus on providing the same family business quality to athletic and performing arts facilities.
Michael is a resident of Manasquan, NJ where he lives with his wife and three sons. He holds a BA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and currently serves as the Manasquan Council President.
